Overview

To ensure sustained engagement, leadership growth, and network expansion after each major program, we follow a structured network strategy which focuses on vision alignment, discipleship, evangelism, multiplication, and building a network of leaders.

This is done by establishing a consistent rhythm of follow-up, support, and activation across all regions. Each program triggers a 3-month follow-up cycle; a structured approach that is carried out in 4 phases.

Program activation

Phase 1

PROGRAM MONTH

  • Deliver the core training program – Program session delivery
  • Cast vision and align regional leaders
  • Immediate participant engagement – Community formation (groups/networks)
  • Initiate relationships and network connections

Focused Approach

Our programs are designed to be:

  • Culturally sensitive (traditions, language, religion)
  • Contextually strategic (urban, rural, workplace, students)

Feedback & Insight Gathering

Phase 2

WITHIN 1 WEEK OF PROGAM END

  • Capture real-time insights from participants
  • Program feedback collection (surveys or discussions)
  • Identify challenges, gaps, and opportunities
  • Leadership challenges assessment
  • Regional needs analysis

Continuous Engagement

Between major programs, we strive to continuously engage with our program participants to ensure maximum impact through:

  • Monthly prayer meetings
  • Feedback and progress tracking
  • Q&A and leadership support
  • Thematic teaching sessions

Spiritual & Relational Engagement

Phase 3

MONTH 1 AFTER PROGRAM

  • Strengthen spiritual unity and relationships
  • Regional prayer meetings
  • Maintain momentum and connection
  • Relationship building among leaders
  • Reinforcing shared vision

Cycle Continuity

  • Each new program restarts the cycle, creating overlapping engagement layers
  • Leaders remain continuously supported, not just event-based participants
  • Encourages long-term retention and active involvement

Leadership Support & Capacity Building

Phase 4

MONTH 2 AFTER PROGRAM

  • Address practical challenges in implementation
  • Equip leaders with deeper insights and tools
  • Q&A / Challenge Resolution Sessions
  • Thematic Teaching Sessions (Quarterly)

Network-Building Strategy

This framework intentionally builds a regional leadership ecosystem:

  • Connection – Program gathers and connects leaders
  • Engagement – Monthly touchpoints maintain relationships
  • Empowerment – Q&A and teaching builds leadership capacity
  • Multiplication – Leaders apply learning and pass on the lessons to local community
